Deadlines and fees

The meeting will start on Sunday. February 1, 2026, and will end on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Fees:

The registration fee depends on your current position and membership of EPA. During registration, you will get an invoice containing the details for payment.

All participants have access to the lectures and the poster sessions. Participants, accompanying persons, and representatives from the industry have access to the four evening buffets from Sunday to Wednesday. There will also be coffee, tea, and soft drinks during the breaks.

Participants with problems with wire transfer contact the local organizer. PayPal transfer will be offered on request, but not for participants from EU and CH. Payment with cards is currently not accepted. Registration is completed only after receipt of the payment. You will get a confirmation. If we have to limit the number of participants the date of payment will be decisive. If you cancel your registration later than January 15, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50 Euros can be applied. Before this date, only bank transfer costs are subtracted. Any request for reimbursement must be sent before the meeting starts.
